QUANTEC Machine Tending

Our QUANTEC Machine Tending solution (QMT) is a platform to automate loading and unloading processes as well as pick and place tasks in an efficient and economically attractive way. The modular system of our QMT with different hardware and software modules can be integrated with any machine. Thanks to the pre-configured communication interfaces (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP and digital I/Os), the integration can be done in as little as a few hours. With our graphical user interface and intuitive menu navigation, the user can quickly parameterize new variants for the existing program sequence. The constantly growing best-practice robot program developed by us, enables high process stability and supports the implementation of complex processes.
