QUANTEC Machine Tending

Our QUANTEC Machine Tending solution (QMT) enables loading and unloading processes for machines as well as pick and place tasks to be automated efficiently and economically. The modular system of our QMT with different hardware and software modules can be integrated into any system. Thanks to the pre-configured communication interfaces (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP and digital I/Os), the QMT can be integrated into different systems. With our graphical user interface and intuitive menu navigation, the user can quickly parameterize new variants for the existing program sequence. The constantly growing best-practice robot program developed by us, enables high process stability and supports the implementation of complex processes.
